PAYMENT INFORMATION

PAYMENT TERMS:

• To secure your spot on The Art of Receiving / La Dolce Ricevere Retreat, a minimum deposit of $1,000 CAD per person is required

• The remaining payment is due no later than Feb 1, 2027

• Full or partial payments may be made at any time from the time of booking up to the final payment due date.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES:

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Payments made are non-refundable unless the treat is cancelled by the host or supplier

• If an attendee cancels, they may transfer or sell their spot privately pending approval and name change feasibility with the supplier

• No refunds for unused services, missed excursions, or choosing to opt out of activities

TRAVEL PROTECTION INFORMATION

Travel protection is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances that may affect your trip. This includes events within your control, such as personal schedule changes, and events beyond your control, including missed connections, medical emergencies, severe weather, strikes, lost luggage, or other unexpected disruptions.

Travel itineraries are often non-refundable, non-changeable, or are subject to restrictions. Altering your travel plans may incur additional fees or result in the loss of any payments made.

Medical emergencies abroad can also be costly.

Some credit cards include travel insurance benefits. Clients paying by card should confirm coverage details directly with their credit card provider and ensure the limits are sufficient for their needs.

Some employee benefit plans include out-of-province/state emergency medical coverage. Clients relying on this coverage should confirm the details with their provider and ensure the coverage limits are sufficient. Note that most plans cover emergency medical only—trip cancellation, interruption, baggage, and flight/travel accident coverage are typically not included and should be considered for purchase separately.

Some travel protection plans can only be purchased at time of booking, some only within 72 hours of booking, and some can be purchased any time prior to travel. Talk with your travel advisor for more information.
